Mt.Keogan - 5-Lakes Loop is in amazing condition!  A group of us rode Groovy Bob / 5-Lakes / L.J and 007 today; new friends, great conditions and the return of John B. to the southern trails!

If anyone 'out there' would like to experience Keogan for themselves, shoot me a line and I'll provide Google Earth / GPS tracks for the whole area -- its truly an under-appreciated BC Parks / Crown Land hike and bike mecca...
