Oliver Half Ironman in trouble?

Society board has decided to get tough with Outback Events/Joe Dixon as there is an unpaid bill in the amount of $6599.29 in arrears for the races of 2012. The board wants to collect that as soon as possible but it will write a letter to Dixon stating there will be no events in 2013 without an upfront fee equal to the normal rental charges.
