New KVR Surfacing to Little Tunnel
Louise and I took a ride up to the Little Tunnel today, wanted to see the sights as well as experience the new trail surface.
The difference between whats just been laid down between Arawana Rd. and the Little Tunnel, vs. what is north of the Little Tunnel is day and night difference! Kudos to the province for spending money wisely!
The catch is... there are loads of motorized vehicles using the 'trail'... this will serve to destroy the tread in the short to medium turn, which is very unfortunate.
Its lame too, as the vast majority of folks driving the path were not grandmas or rednecks. What I witnessed were youth and young/healthy mid-20s to mid-30s individuals driving upscale SUVs to see the tunnel.
Lazy #$%*s!!
Get up there and enjoy the path before it gets trashed - the vistas are spectacular!
A.
South entrance, excellent surfacing!
North entrance
Vistas
