For those of you who missed my long-winded spiel at the last general meeting, allow me to quietly reiterate the benefits of joining with your Penticton & Area Cycling Association;

Camaraderie with a large community of fellow riders in and around the city / an expansion of riding friendships / meet the newest members of our community

Exclusive offers and discounts from participating partner organizations

You’ll be part of an ambitious plan to improve, expand, protect, sign and map many local bike trails (a place to make friendships, doing work that matters!)

Insurance coverage for all club members; including event coverage Password access to ‘member’ areas on our interactive website, offering a wealth of resources; access to the latest 3D digital mapping, parcel-map overlays, 3D-‘Flyovers’ of trails etc.

Economic potential for companies who wish to join with our large group of active members

Weekly group rides at a variety of skill levels; join one you feel comfortable with or just try them all!

Participation in skills clinics, workshops and a wide array of training opportunities for all ages

Invitations to all social-club gatherings, pot-lucks, Movie Nights, door-prizes!

Hassle-free riding on lands under club-negotiated stewardship tenures

Eligibility for trail-construction clinics and access to proper tools / safety gear from the club

Out-of-town Group Rides (Merritt, Salmon Arm, Kelowna, Oliver etc.) Meet other club members, experience loads of new trips & trails!

Your health, fitness & general well-being will improve through gaining the spark of ‘getting out there’

Membership provides you with a vote at Cycling Association Annual General Meetings Club-member discounts on the ‘Sweet Singletrack’ book, detailing the vast majority of the valley's trails.

...and a whole lot more as we are joined by people just like you with great ideas to share - making the club better and better each day!
