Vegas is home to a fast-growing community of roadies, mountain bikers, and race teams who pedal on miles of stop-sign-free roads across the desert, past Mars-red rock, and over towering mountain passes. And thanks to bone-dry weather, regular shop rides that cater to all abilities roll out no matter what time of year it is. Look for 100-plus miles of new bike lanes and signed routes—along with more than 30 bike racks—in the Las Vegas metropolitan area by the end of this year.
