Arawana - GPX File Format

I've provided a link below that will give you a ".gpx" formatted file - which is suppose to be a 'universal file format' compatible with all GPS units. Load that onto your hand-held GPS and you'll be good to go.

With regards to Midway, I'd love to see what you have for that area, not for the book - as it's Okanagan Valley only, but for a visit to the area to ride!

Have you had a chance to ride the Deer Point Trail in Christina Lake? I highly recommend it.
