Beer - Need I Say More?
A great, to-the-point article on beer.
http://www.ratebeer.com/Story.asp?StoryID=479
Best pull-quote of the story:
"...two very common myths. The first is that beer needs to be served very cold. The macrobrewers want you to believe this, and here’s why. The sensation of coldness inhibits the tongue’s taste receptors. Since macrobrews started positioning their products based on any feature they could imagine besides taste, the need to neutralize taste became important"
Mmmmmmmm Beeeeeeeeeeer
Enjoyn' some Nelson BlackHeart Oatmeal Stout before the Vees game; life is good!

Ya, but thats Guinness...
Yes, but the fact of the matter is that Guinness is one of the MACRObreweries that the article berates:
"It merged with Grand Metropolitan plc in 1997 and is now part of the British based multinational alcohol conglomerate Diageo"
The kind of beer I'm talking about is to be found here: http://www.crannogales.com/index.php and here: http://nelsonbrewing.com
Try it and see; Guinness is crap!

If you have 5 beers and Chuck Norris has 5 beers, Chuck Norris has more beer than you.
