MTBco AGM
Salutations From MTBco!
On behalf of the membership of Mountain Bikers of the Central Okanagan the board of directors of MTBco would like to invite you to attend our annual general meeting. The meeting will be taking place at 7:00pm on the 20th of February at the EECO building located on Springfield Road in Kelowna. We will be presenting to our membership, stakeholders, sponsors and various interested parties a review of our 2012 year and will be outlining our plans for 2013 and on. Following the presentations from the board of directors there will be a brief open floor question period and we will also be electing new members to the board of directors. After all of the official business has been conducted we will be showing a mountain bike film for those that want to stick around and socialize. Refreshments will be provided. We would appreciate it if you or anyone else from your organization would be able to attend. We see this as an opportunity to extend a hand of friendship and cooperation to those people and organizations with whom we regularly work. Please feel free to pass this invitation on to any of your colleagues who you believe would be interested in attending. Thank you for your previous and future support of the efforts of MTBco.
Sincerely,
Jay Darby
