WARD1 / The Fox / Kraut loop

Rode WARD1 / The Fox / Kraut with a few friends this afternoon; I had forgotten how hard WARD1 was when taken as an ascent! All three trails are clear of snow, but still a little moist in a few places. Give er' another two weeks and she'll be a gem! Looks like we had first tracks of the year down Kraut!

We removed a number of deadfall, but there is still a lot of work to do in the area - including a couple of big buggers that will require a chainsaw.
