Not so much a trail-directory, more along the lines of a cool atlas which displays all kinds of info' about a vast swath of BC (even though the starting point and title might lead you to believe that its only dealing with a specific area of the province). Land in detail includes the American border and all the way up to Quesnel - and from the West Coast all the way over to Revelstoke!

Drag / scroll down to the Penticton area for instance, then use the panel on the left hand side of the screen to enable or disable a wide variety of settings. Note that not only does the main category have to be 'checked', but the sub-category needs to be selected as well or the screen will not reflect your selections. Also, be patient; their server isn't the fastest you'll come across...

Want to know about land use, be it trap-lines, water licenses, mining claims, grazing or woodlot tenures? Its pretty-much all here. Why the heck would we want to know this? Trails man, trails...! This is just another tool in our packs that will assist us in the long term when it comes to securing land-tenure agreements of our own!
