Visiting Penticton, looking for ride suggestions and/or partners

Hello,
I am from Vancouver, and will be visiting Penticton on Tuesday August 16th. Can anyone recommend some great single track trails to try? Is anyone interested in showing me the ropes?

I am pretty versatile with an all-mountain bike with downhill tires, all the downhill gear, as well as a xc helmet. Downhill riding is my preference, but I am just happy to get out on my bike and see some new trails!
