New Riding Budz'

In a very odd turn of events, no one but me turned up for this Sunday's PACA group ride (!).

Unperturbed, I headed for the Mice to check out some new trails that I'd heard about. While getting ready to ride I ended up chatting with a family from Rossland and soon found myself showing a cool Kiwi dude around a Classic Loop trail (White Tail to Lookout - down White Rabbit / Narnia / Compression / Tsweet Tsu).

Knowing how great it is when I visit an out of town trail network and get 'taken under wing' by a local for the day, I always look for opportunities to reciprocate. I really love meeting new people and making new friends via mountain biking.

I'm now planning on a cruise down to Rossland to ride with my newfound Bro'! The moral of this rambling story? Don't hesitate to befriend unknown riders; life is freakishly short and there is never a bad time to expand your circle of friends!
