Dino, Seth and I rode Kelowna's Vapor Trail this afternoon; perfect weather = play hookey from work!
2362 vertical feet of climbing later... we made the KVR and the beginning of an amazing downhill back to our parked vehicle - I love looping trails! The DH section begs for a long travel 'all-mountain' bike, so don't bother riding this one with an XC bike!
