Happened upon - yet another - online government map, based on the same technology as some of the others listed here, and bearing even more trail data than the other mapping systems. Check it out; http://openmaps.gov.bc.ca/imfows13/imf.jsp?site=idt
You can zoom in as close as 1:20,000 before the color drops off and it becomes basic 2D.
