Mt.Conkle and Giant's Head

This Sunday found us playing hookey from 'normal' PACA trail day rides, and accepting an offer from a friend in Summerland to check out some new sections of Mt.Conkle that he's been working on. It doesn't take much to get me onto a new trail, so the decision was easy!

Two Jeremys, two Andrews, and a motley collection of riders tackled a selection of short, steep and eminently climbable singletrack trails to the summit of Conkle, and later, four of us shuttled Giant's Head Mt. where we found a new section of trail that looks as though its been hewn out of the rocky mountain face by something the size of Sasquatch!
