Are there any freeride trails in the 3 Blind Mice trail network? What are the best trails to ride on a freeride bike?

Hmm, that definition is pretty wide open to interpretation, but here are some of the more challenging trails in the Mice:
Jose's
Tripod
High Pony
Bronco
Southern Dancer
Raven
Boneyard
Drops A Lot (Upper and Lower)
If its true Freeride that you are looking for, you might be more interested in the upper Carmi area; Code4 / KnuckleDuster / Pancho's Revenge. Check your PM...

Kelowna's Steep Trails
